My Teams Hub

As my first full-scale project in an internship, I built this platform from the ground up, conducting research, gathering client requirements, and aligning the design with business objectives. I developed a unified design system and optimized the platform for web, mobile, and tablet, ensuring seamless accessibility across devices. This experience allowed me to manage the complete UX/UI process and deliver a functional, scalable solution.

The Design Process

For the design process of My Teams Hub, I began by crafting low-fidelity wireframes to outline the core structure. After refining the wireframes, I moved on to high-fidelity versions, focusing on the UI elements. I carefully selected the color palette and typography to reflect the brand’s identity, and designed a custom logo for the platform.

Each design element was thoroughly discussed with the team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with both user needs and business goals. We developed several iterations, presenting options to the client and justifying our design choices based on research and feedback.

From low fidelity wireframes to UI

When transitioning from low-fidelity to high-fidelity design, the key focus was on refining the user experience and ensuring intuitive usability. The initial low-fidelity wireframes provided a functional skeleton, helping to map out user flows and structure. However, the UI design stage required much more attention to detail, especially for complex components like the menu.

Side Menu

The menu was a critical element due to its multi-component nature. We dedicated significant time to exploring the most optimized layouts, ensuring it was both visually clear and easy for users to navigate. Balancing functionality with aesthetics, we tested different approaches to ensure the final design was intuitive and streamlined, contributing to a smooth user experience.
